As part of the Anim' ISA on Friday December 13 at 11am, we will be delighted to welcome Jean Colcombet (DR INRAE, IPS2), (STRESS: Stress signaling pathways IPS2 - Skin IPS2 (u-psud.fr) ) who will present his latest research work on : ‘MKK3 module integrates nitrate and light signaling to modulate secondary seed dormancy.’

Sarah RANTY-ROBY will defend her thesis on Thursday December 12 at 2pm in room A010 at ISA.

Carlotta Aurora LUPATELLI will defend her thesis on Tuesday December 10 at 9am in room A010 at ISA.

In the framework of Animation Scientifique ISA, the IPN team invites Dr Ryoji Shinya, Associate Professor in the School of Agriculture at the Meiji University, in Japan. He is mainly interested in in the causes and consequences of differences in shape, behavior, and life history, with nematodes as a main study model. https://nemalab-meiji.weebly.com/english.html He will give a seminar in A010 next Tuesday (Dec. 3) at 11.00. The IPN team kindly invites you at 10.30 the same day and will offer you a breakfast and the opportunity to briefly exchange with Ryoji before his talk. Ryoji will be staying the whole week at ISA, so if you want to discuss with him, please contact Sophie Mantelin who will arrange a date for a discussion.

As part of the ISA scientific animation on Friday November 29 at 11:00 am, the GAME team invites Evelin Despot-Slade from the Ruđer Bošković Institute (Croatia). She is postdoc in the Laboratory of Non-Coding DNA there https://www.irb.hr/eng/Divisions/Division-of-Molecular-Biology/Laboratory-of-non-coding-DNA She is staying the whole week at ISA, so if you want to discuss with her just send me an e-mail and we will arrange a discussion.

Goodluck BENJAMIN will defend his thesis on Tuesday November 26 at 1:30pm in room A010 at ISA.

Arnaud FICHANT from the BES team will defend her thesis on Wednesday at 1:30pm at the Maisons-Alfort Veterinary School.
