Abstract :

Since obtaining my PhD in Evolutionary Ecology, I have developed a research program on the ecological and adaptive mechanisms contributing to the mitigation of the effects of global change on ecosystem services. More specifically, I study plant-insect interactions and the associated ecosystem services of biological control of crop pests and pollination, using a variety of empirical, experimental and modeling approaches and scales, from the laboratory to the landscape, combining concepts from the disciplinary fields of community dynamics, chemical ecology, behavioral ecology and evolutionary ecology.

I will present an overview of my research work, and in particular two projects that have marked my career: the impact of climate change on plant-pollinator interactions via the alteration of floral traits, and quantifying the ecosystem services of the transition to regenerative agriculture.

I'll conclude with an overview of my research aspirations, notably in the context of projects currently under evaluation.

Keywords: global change, climate change, conservation biological control, pollination, systems approaches, interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary approaches
