As part of the ISA scientific programme on Friday 21 June at 11am in A010 .Karine Hugot, Silène Lartigue and Michela Ion-Scotta from the PlantBIOs team will be giving a presentation on Collective Scientific Infrastructures: the example of PlantBIOs and a focus on PVP and IE

Abstract :

Over the past twenty years, life sciences research has been structured around research infrastructures, based on local, national and/or institutional initiatives. The current landscape of infrastructures, or more broadly of collective scientific tools, is therefore very rich but sometimes complex to decipher. The PlantBIOs team proposes to describe some of the broad outlines of this landscape, its organization, its global offer for your research work and its operating modes. To illustrate this, we will take the example of our collective ISA tool, the PlantBIOs ISC (Infrastructure Scientifique Collective), focusing on the video-phenotyping platform (PVP) and the experimental facility (IE), which are respectively a recent tool and a tool in full evolution.
